Completed undergraduate studies and internship in 2015, at the St. Johns Medical College Hospital, Bangalore.

Thereafter, served in area of need as Medical Officer for 2 years, at Emmaus Swiss Referral Hospital and Leprosy Project in Palamner, Andhra Pradesh. A Swiss non-profit organization that has offered services for leprosy relief work in India for over 50 years.

Pursued MS Ophthalmology at St. Johns Medical College Hospital, Bangalore and cleared with Merit.

Completed a Short Term Certificate Course in Cataract Surgery at Vittala International Institute of Ophthalmology (Prabha Eye Clinic), Bangalore in 2021

Worked as Senior Resident, Department of Ophthalmology at Kasturba Medical College (KMC) Hospital, Mangalore (affiliated to Manipal Academy of Health Sciences, MAHE) for almost 3 years.

Soon after, completed Short term fellowship in Phacoemulsification surgery at Nethradhama Super Speciality Eye Hospital, Bangalore.
