Billing & Insurance

We do the most complete and accurate billing services for our patients. To serve our patients efficiently we request to submit the following:

• Copy of your insurance card
• Employee ID card, Photo ID for age & address proof of patient

For all planned admissions, please submit the above-mentioned documents before 72hrs of admission.

Our Corporate Help Desk will help verify insurance coverage and benefits for patients who have been scheduled for a procedure or hospital stay. We will work directly with your insurance company to confirm all required authorizations that have been approved prior to a patient’s visit. Self Paying Patients

Self Paying patients will receive a bill for hospital services availed during their stay. All the charges incurred during your stay will be informed and explained to you clearly.

Modes of Payment

Cash

You can pay in cash up to a maximum of Rs.2,00,000/- only per Admission (vide Sec 269 ST of Income Tax Act )

Card

All payments are accepted through Debit or Credit cards Visa/ MasterCards

NEFT/RTGS/MB/IMPS Transfer

NEFT/RTGS/Online Transfers to be done during patient’s stay in the hospital

UTR Number of the payment to be furnished to Accounts Department during working hours 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM for confirming receipt in Hospital Bank Account

Bank details for online/NEFT/RTGS/MB IMPS Transfer
