Refunds and Cancellation Policy

BBH reserves the right to refuse/cancel any order. BBH at its sole discretion may cancel any order(s):
  1. If it suspects a fraudulent transaction, or
  2. If it suspects a customer has undertaken a transaction which is not in accordance with the Terms of Use or
  3. For any reason outside the control of the BBH including causes for delivery related logistical difficulties.

Refunds and Cancellation:

  1. Once a successful online payment transaction is completed user-initiated Refunds and Cancellations will not be entertained. In the case of specific services where re-scheduling is feasible a reschedule of up to a maximum of 2 times will be allowed.
  2. However, any order once delivered cannot be cancelled or refunded in any case.
  3. In case of transactions with double payment for the same order, the total deducted amount will be refunded. Refunds require a lead time for processing as per the payment gateways guidelines.
  4. In case of cancelled order/failed transactions, the bank/card transaction charges, if any, may not be refundable based on the payment gateway’s process and method of refund.
  5. BBH offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds in the buyer’s card/account.
  6. No part cancellations or refunds will be entertained for any reason whatsoever.
