| I am Dr. Pavithra Vasudevan, a Neonatologist trained from the renowned Christian Medical College, Vellore with vast experience in Neonatology. My clinical expertise includes managing sick babies needing tertiary neonatal care including conventional ventilation, high-frequency oscillators, use of inhaled nitric oxide, neonatal transport, therapeutic hypothermia for asphyxiated babies, follow-up of high-risk infants and performing various intensive care procedures like exchange transfusion, chest tube insertion, cardioversion for arrhythmias etc. I am good at bed-side point-of-care ultrasonography for diagnoses in sick babies. Apart from my clinical expertise I have good experience in academic teaching, research work, conducting neonatal resuscitation workshops and also work delegation to the staffs and doctors of my team. I am happy to join the Bangalore Baptist hospital to enrich my clinical experience. |
