His past experience includes serving as Assistant Professor of Neonatology at St. John’s Medical College, Bengaluru, and as Clinical Head for Tele-NICU at Cloudphysician, where he worked closely with technology teams to integrate quality metrics and enhance team skills. Dr. Prashantha has also mentored healthcare teams in SNCUs across Karnataka and contributed as a National Trainer for Basic and Advanced NRP. His academic contributions include publications in indexed journals, chapter contributions in neonatology books, and roles as invited faculty at state and national conferences.
