 Dr. Prashantha Obtained MD (Pediatrics) from SCB Medical College, Cuttack, Odisha in 2013. Received special training in Neonatology (Fellowship in Neonatal and Perinatal Medicine and DM Neonatology) at prestigious St. John's Medical College, Bengaluru.

Has authored several publications in indexed journals, contributed to various books in Neonatology and presented papers at several scientific forums. Invited faculty at state and national conferences and workshops.

National trainer for Basic and Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP, IAP FGM). Involved in mentoring Special Newborn Care Units (SNCU) in Karnataka. Special interest in Neonatal Echocardiography, Neonatal Hemodynamics, Therapeutic hypothermia and Quality Improvement.

Before joining BBH, worked as Assistant Professor in Neonatology at St. John's Medical College, Bengaluru.
