The
National Board of Examinations was established with the prime objective
of improving the quality of the Medical Education by elevating the
level and establishing standards of post graduate examinations in
modern medicine on an all India basis. The Board at present conducts
postgraduate and postdoctoral examinations in 54 disciplines approved
by the Board for the award of Diplomate of National Board. The Medical
Council of India has laid down standards for post graduate examinations
conducted by various medical colleges and affiliated to concerned
universities and other institutions, yet the levels of proficiency and
standards of evaluation vary considerably in these institutions. |

The Standard of admission to the course is in accordance with the requirements of Karnataka Paramedical Board. |

Admissions of students shall be once in a year. |

There are 2 year Diploma Programmes (post PUC) and 3 year Diploma Programmes (post SSLC) available.

The medium of instruction is English. |

Minimum Qualification for 2 Years Diploma Programmes
Candidates seeking admission must have passed 10 + 2 or its equivalent
pre-university/ pre-degree/ intermediate) examination from any
recognized Board or University in India, with the following (mandatory)

Clinical Pastoral Education |

BBH offers the following courses under
the aegis of Clinical Pastoral Education:
DPHM (Diploma in Healing Ministry), one
year programme under Christian Medical Association of India (CMAI)
DCPC (Diploma in Clinical Pastoral
Counselling), one
year programme under Senate of Serampore
CPE (Clinical Pastoral Education), three months
course
For all the above programs, CPE certificates
are
also
awarded by the Indian Association for Clinical Pastoral
Education (IACPE).
The course trains
health care workers to provide pastoral care to the
sick and hurting patients, families and staff who are
in crisis.

Training Program In Dietetics |
|
| |
|
|
| |
A six-month course is offered for
registered dieticians, recognized by the Indian Dietetics
Association (IDA). This is conducted in two batches –from
January to July and July to January Eligible
candidates should be a life member of IDA. A graduate
or post-graduate/diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics. |
